We had the pleasure of staying at the Dunes Suites for one night, the only thing we would’ve changed was to have been able to stay longer! The room was great. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were more comfortable than the last few hotels we have stayed in. The bathroom was clean, provided hot water quickly and good water pressure. The balcony was large with a beautiful view. No complaints at all with our stay, and we would definitely stay there again!
We got a "garden view"and floor level. We were literally right at the beach! It was amazing. Clean rooms with a microwave, big fridge, stove top, and all kitchen supplies you could need. We called the front desk a few times and got what we needed in minutes!
Just finished a weekend trip at the end of Sept and really enjoyed our stay. Make sure you book the ocean front suites though...the other building that is part of the property didn't look nearly as nice and I suspect some of the bad reviews are from those rooms. The view was amazing and direct access to the beach and boardwalk. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and smelled fresh. We were able to turn the temp way down at night to keep it cool for sleeping. Kitchen area was great with a large fridge. Bathroom was really small, but manageable, especially with the sink in kitchen area. Plenty of silverware and cups, but limited plates and bowls. Stove top and microwave, but no oven. Lots of channels on the TV. No breakfast, but they did have a coffee machine in the Check-in lobby. Overall this was a great stay. Recommend to rent or bring bikes that you can lock to the fence or we even brought ours in the elevator to our room.
We stayed at Dunes Suites during the last week of August, and it was one of the best vacations we’ve had! The room was spacious, perfect for the kids to enjoy, and the kitchenette was a great bonus—we loved being able to make breakfast each morning. The built-in closet was really convenient, keeping our luggage out of sight and the room neat. The location is amazing, right at the start of the boardwalk with a peaceful view of the ocean. The housekeeping staff did a great job—our room was spotless, and the beds were made every day when we returned. Although the pool was a bit cold, the kids loved it. Parking was easy, and we were close to some great restaurants. Highly recommend staying at Dunes Suites!
I fell in love with Dunes Suites. My first time was the first week of April 2025 for my birthday. I went again for the Memorial Day weekend. We already made reservations for another hotel for the second time but it was It was horrible! I told my partner about Dunes. He called and they had a room available for Ocean view ground floor. We got there in about 10 minutes. Room spacious and clean. The kitchenette is great. Cooking supplies is available but bring your own utensils, pot & pans. Walmart and the Dollar Tree is very close. Dunes is located at the end of the boardwalk. And it's quite. I wish they had some kind of membership club. I would surely join it.
Room was spacious and comfortable. Right on the beach, excellent view and it was quiet. Daily room service was a surprise.

This place is located at the beginning of the Boardwalk in Ocean City. Good key location in walking distance to any where in town. There are 2 pools at the hotel which is awesome! The ocean view is beautiful.
